Model clipRETURNS:  You may return a product within 30 days for a credit on your account.  A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted.  You are responsible to pay all shipping costs to return the product to us.  Products must be unopened and unused.  After this period, no returns are accepted.

REPAIRS:  Rotary pens cannot be repaired. Rotary machines are the KP96, KP 1100 "Midas", Infiniti, Freedom, KP Red Machine and Bella.

DIGITAL MACHINES: NOUVEAU CONTOUR AND SKINMASTER.  ONLY USE ORIGINAL Needles and Cartridges and Power Supplies with your digital machine. Otherwise, you may damage the handpieces or the motors. We are unable to replace your machine once warranty period has passed. Do not mix up the power cords between machines. It can burn out the motor and will void your warranty.

1. SKINMASTER machines all come complete with a 1 year repair or replacement warranty provided you do NOT burn out the motor by using a wall plug-in that is NOT for the Skinmaster. WARRANTY Repairs and/or replacements are done promptly, usually within 2-5 days. Dropped items are not covered under warranty. You are only responsible for shipping to return the item for repair as well as for the return of the item to you. OUT OF WARRANTY machines can be serviced at a nominal charge. We will try to help you troubleshoot your machine over the phone or SKYPE first. If unsuccessful, you'll have to send your complete machine to:

2. NOUVEAU CONTOUR products have a warranty period of 2 years. However, repairs can be delayed for a long time. If you have dropped or damaged the handpiece, the warranty does not cover any repairs.

3. LOANERS:  You should have a backup machine in the event your machine needs repair. We do not keep loaners in stock for sanitary reasons. We will do everything in our power to help you but  Kolorsource has no liability for lost revenue to you.

4. REFUNDS:  At the descretion of Kolorsource, a refund, less a restocking charge, may be issued to your credit card for products you return.  See No 1 above
