DOTC Blue has been providing relief from pain since 1996. Apply to desired area for 20-40 minutes, depending upon skin thickness. Keep out of eye and rinse eye thoroughly if any direct contact occurs. No occlusive dressings near eyes. For thick skin or electrolysis, apply for 50-60 minutes. Can use occlusive dressing such as Saran Wrap on areas away from eyes. Note: No topical anesthetics are FDA approved for use in permanent makeup.
